REGISTRATION AND ADMISSION

Registration Forms need to be taken from the school reception, followed by oral interaction or entrance test as per the set criteria mentioned below. If the admission aspirant is recommended for admission, the parents need to fulfill the admission form and submit the same along with all required documents at the school reception for due scrutiny and guidance. Finally, the school fee needs to be paid at the school accounts office.

1. Admission to classes Pre Nursery, Nursery, LKG and UKG is done on the basis of oral interaction with the parents and the child. The child will be observed during playful activity. Age criteria: Pre Nursery = 2+ as on 31st March
   Nursery 3+ as on 31st March
   LKG = 4+ as on 31st March
   UKG = 5+ as on 31st March
2. Admission in classes 1st to IIIrd is based on Entrance Test in English, Hindi and Mathematics & IV to IX is based on Entrance Test in English, Science and Mathematics depending upon the availability of seats.
   Age criteria: Class I = 6 + as on 31st March
3. ADMISSION in class XI will be done on the basis of marks secured in Board exams as per the criteria set by the school for different streams. (Science, Commerce and Humanities). The selected candidates are called for interview, after interview, the final merit list is prepared separately for all the three groups, However the right to admission is reserved with the principal.
4. The school reserves the right to admit or refuse admission to any candidate at its own discretion or as per its own criteria of admission for all classes.
5. The principal is fully authorised to suspend/dismiss any student who is found guilty of indiscipline, misbehaviour or anything else which is against the interest of the school.

IF FEE IS NOT DEPOSITED TILL THE LAST DATE OF THE ADMISSION, THE ADMISSION OF THE CHILD WILL STAND CANCELLED.

Documents to be submitted at the time of admission:

• 1 Combined passport size photograph of the child with his parents.
• Birth Certificate (original) for classes Pre Nursery to UKG
• School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate in original for class I onwards
• PEN No. (Permanent Education No) of the child
• Blood Group Report of the child
• Photocopy of Report Card of the previous class
• Photocopy of Aadhar card of the child and both the parents.

Note: With in a week after the admission test, parents are duly informed about admission formalities. If admission formalities are not completed in a weeks’ time, the seat will be allotted to the next candidate.
