He has led Modi industries to be one of the largest industrial conglomerates in India. His positive approach towards growth has turned this group into a conglomerates of sugar, pharmaceuticals, liquor, cosmetic & other specilized products. He has also held the prestigious Chairmanship of various organizations such as Steel, Furnace Association of India, Western UP Sugar Mill Association, Steel wire Manufacturers Association of India, Sponge Iron Association of India as well as the Presidentship of the Institute of Economic Studies.
